MONTE CARLO.   Perhaps one of the most exclusive (and expensive!) shopping streets in the world, avenue des Beaux-Arts boasts high-fashion French and Italian retailers such as Yves Saint Laurent, Bvlgari and Fred Boutique jewelers. If shopping along the main avenue is "trop cher" for your budget, smaller boutiques along the side-streets may be more your speed – avenue de la Madone, for example, is home to Princess Grace's own Boutique du Rocher, which carries myriad Monégasque and Provençal arts and crafts.   (© 10Best)
