MONTEGO BAY.   Italian dining may be hard to come by in Montego Bay, but Cucina Romana more than makes up for the void. Entrées include pan-grilled swordfish steak, slowly cooked veal with saffron rice, spaghetti marinara with smoked salmon, and baked lasagna in a creamy tomato sauce.
