9. Panini's

Rumored by locals to be one of the city's most outstanding restaurants, this Italian dining room located in the Ciudad Vieja (old section of the city) offers homemade pastas and other traditional Italian fare. The salmon ravioli draws rave reviews, and the apple pancake with ice cream and caramel shouldn't be overlooked. A well-chosen wine list accompanies the menu. DO YOU LIKE PANINI Very sophisticated place, impeccable food and service. The "quantity" of food, portion size was perfect!

PANINI'S SMALL QUANTITIES OF FOOD....IT USED TO BE GOOD WHEN IT OPENED BUT NOT ANYMORE.
