7. POP! bar a vin

A wonderful wine list with several organic choices, live jazz, comfy mod décor in shades of orange, green and brown that recalls the late 60s – what more could you ask from a wine bar? Well, Pop! Also has some cute but tasty "Poptails" and even offers olive oil tastings. Patrice Demers, formerly with the much-lauded Laloux, is the chef, which elevates the place to dining-destination status. The food menu is well balanced, creative and fun, with small-plate options like chorizo with roasted peppers and caramelized onions, sardines with greens and preserved lemon, and platters of charcuterie or cheese.   (© 10Best)

Discovered a hip and trendy new wine bar...right out of Wallpaper magazine! Tasty appetizers like salmon tartar and tart Alsacienne with amazing wine list of over 30 wines by the glass.
