6. Jello Bar

Very poor management. Got there around 11pm with two friends to enjoy a few drinks. There was a $10 covercharge at the door (a band was playing) and $2 for the coat check. The drinks are around $9, we had a couple af cocktails. At midnight we were still waiting for the band to start the show, but nothing hapened. The manager said he didn't have enough customers.. We left and asked for a refund of the cover charge. The manager refused to give it to us and said he cannot give a refund if he doesn't make enough profit.. Very logical.. rip off the customers.. good place to get ripped off in case you're looking for something like that.
