Shortly after its opening, Nuances established itself as one of the top dining venues in the city, and has held steady with a coveted CAA-AAA Five Diamond rating for superb cuisine. The menu is always a revelation, blending fresh herbs and produce with tender meats to produce fabulous entreés. At any given time, you may find Québec lamb, marinated salmon, rabbit, poached grouper, roast venison, and many other options, including ostrich.
