Generally considered the absolute best Greek restaurant in Montréal, Milos prides itself on sourcing the finest produce, meat and seafood available. Fans of its sister locations in New York City will be pleased to know that this outpost is every bit as praiseworthy. Here, yogurt is made from local goats milk, much of the produce and herbs are organically grown on regional farms, and the seafood is top quality. The careful attention paid to ingredients leads to exceptionally fine flavors in dishes such as taramosalata, Greek sardines with lemon, oregano and olive oil, lamb chops, and avgolemono soup.
