6. Decker's Creek Trail

MORGANTOWN.   Like the Caperton Trail, this city trail has also been adapted from former railway lines and is a great site for recreational pursuits. As it escapes the city, the paved trail turns into crushed stone and runs for a total of 18 miles up to Reedville. The picturesque route runs alongside Decker's Creek and steepens as it goes, adding incentive for folks who use it for exercise.   (© 10Best)
