2. Chang Noi Lounge & Thai Restaurant

The restaurant is located close to Rotkreuzplatz subway station. A perfect place to have an evening for two (or more). Many candles and flowers provide a warm atmosphere in the long dining area. Red walls and dark wooden furniture dominate the character of the dining area and the lounge with leather sofas and little chairs. In the background cool beats from Deep Dive Corp or 'Kruder and Dorfmeister’ help you to relax with your first cocktail. The food – it's absolutely top if you like it spicy. If not ask one of the charming waitresses for their recommendation for something with less chili – they’ll have it. The Tom Kha Gai coconut soup with chicken is an absolutely must. Lab Ped beef salad from the duck (hot!!!) or the Pomfred with Thai Curries is great, we loved it. A good choice of wine and Bavarian beer as well as a good collection of vodka, German brandies like Trester, Obstbrand, Marillenbrand as a digestive is perfect. Good value for money.
