3. Centro Espanol

Well worth hunting down, this small restaurant lies about 15 minutes from Marienplatz in a residential area. Spanish expats gather here for the authentic food and wonderful atmosphere. Tuck into tapas, listen to some Latin music and relax. The eatery only holds 80 people, so reservations are suggested. Don't worry about dressing up, though. This neighborhood is full of young German families, artists and pensioners; most are happy to help with directions, chat and perhaps join visitors for a drink.   (© 10Best)
