MYRTLE BEACH. 2001 is billed as three clubs in one, and indeed it is. Razzie's Beach Club is the most time-tested of the three, a live music space that's been open since Reagan was in office and welcomes to its stage classic beach bands like The Fantastic Shakers and The Catalinas. Funky Town, meanwhile, goes the disco route with its pop tunes, LED lighting system and groovy decor. Last but not least is Club Touch, a big-city style space that features outstanding club music, huge bar areas and great-looking clientele.

SURFSIDE. Like something straight out of Vegas (actually, it is!), this five-concert impersonator show is so good that a lot of patrons admit these performers do the songs as well as (in some cases better than) the originals. If you're thinking, "No way!" then come see for yourself as The Boss, Tina, Streisand, Cash and even Elvis take the stage and leave the crowd blown away! Shows usually begin on the hour, for example 2pm, 6pm, 8pm or 9pm. Depending on the season, there may be multiple show times in one day.

LITTLE RIVER. Irish hospitality is ever present at this North Strand road-sider. Live entertainment is featured most nights, taking the shape of everything from classic rock or Irish folk music to karaoke or stand-up comedy. During the fall, football fans make regular visits here to catch the latest NFL or collegiate action on the tube, and the place is a year round haven for golfers needing a spot to regroup after spending a day in pursuit of birdies. As for consumables, Pat & Mike's serves up some pretty mean pub grub as well as an impressive selection of tapped and bottled brews.

BROADWAY. When Margaritaville hit the Carolina Coast, the Grand Strand didn't stand a chance! This veritable temple to all things Parrothead is a must for folks who are dedicated to going out and having a great time – after all, fun in the sun is what Dr. Jimmy's been prescribing for years now! At night, the band plays Caribbean-inspired tunes, rock and Top 40. Otherwise, Buffett is played all day, and he also makes several video "appearances." With the help of a few margaritas, the decor transports you to the carefree tropics. The menu, meanwhile, features the legendary "Cheeseburger in Paradise," served just like the song says.
