CALABASH.   Ella's has been around as long as most folks can remember, and there's a good reason for that: This was one of the places that put the "Calabash" style of seafood – large portions of fresh fish and seafood, usually deep-fried and accompanied by hushpuppies, served in a relaxed, family-friendly setting – on the map.
