About 10Best's Myrtle Beach Restaurants Selections:

Folks love to have tons of choices when it comes to dining out. Fortunately, the Grand Strand has that eventuality covered, even if (for some reason) hushpuppies aren't on your agenda. Indeed, thanks to developments like Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, the local scene supports no shortage of outstanding steakhouses, burger joints, Italian restaurants and even a few really good Tex-Mex and Mexican spots. Moreover, longtime standards like the Parson's Table and Webster's make sure that out-of-towners have a chance to sample the best of New Southern cookery. Make no mistake, though, the Strand knows where its hushpuppies get buttered best, and that's at the tables of local seafooders. Down in Murrells Inlet, this means sitting on the deck at a place like Drunkén Jack's, dining on the signature Grouper Royale, and watching the boats come in. Across the state line in the seaside village of Calabash, temptation wears a different ensemble. Here, casual, time-tested joints like the Seafood Hut, Capt. Nance's and Ella's have perfected the art of lightly breaded, then fried Calabash-style seafood. And then there are the hushpuppies ... can we say enough about the hushpuppies?

We love this place -- mostly for the outdoor deck. Sit in a hammock hanging in the large tree coming through the deck, sip a cocktail, and look out over the water. The food is good, the atmosphere is wonderful. It's just a fun and relaxing place to go.

Absolutely the best food on the beach in [terms of] quality, presentation, quantity, and value! One of a kind wall-to-wall Low Country murals in the dining room. Made us feel like family. Chef sings, plays guitar, and draws cartoons for the kids. A fantastic experience at every level!
