7. Naples Municipal Beach and Pier

Located near the intersection of 12th Avenue South and Gulf Shore Boulevard, Naples Beach is a throwback to the city's early days as a resort town. The pier is still the center of the city for many, especially the area fishermen who like to cast off the 1,000-foot construct. Restroom facilities and a parking area are located here.   (© 10Best)

This was a very beautiful beach but a little too "open" for kids. I had seen alot of couples "having fun" on the beach at night with no regard to privacy. As exciting as this may have been for me, my wife wasnt impressed. Otherwise, this is a nice place to visit and I would recommend to any open-minded couples.
