6. Shula's

Owned by football legend Don Shula, this restaurant is a tribute to the 1972 Miami Dolphins and their perfect season. Even the menu, painted on a regulation football, is a nod to the sport. Shula's Cut beef is the steak of choice; popular cuts include filet mignon, New York strip and top sirloin. Lobster is also in high demand, and you can choose it, along with other items, from the cart that the servers wheel to your table. The meats are substantial, so you may not need anything else, but if you do opt for a side dish, realize that everything is priced individually, including salads and potatoes.
