The whole experience was fantastic at this naples restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere was all top notch. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderfull romantic night.

I would actually give this restaurant 0 stars if possible... I had the worst experience at this restaurant ever, and would not recommend dining at ANY of their restaurants EVER!! I went to Pazzo's one night for my friends birthday dinner, and while there a food runner spilled a bowl of red pasta sauce all over my dress and purse.. They said they would send them out to be cleaned and replaced if it was not to my satisfaction.. Well this didn't turn out to be the case; I was not pleased as there were still grease stains on my dress and my Coach purse (both less than a year old) was completely mis shaped and not in the same quality as before.. Well long story short, they didn't fix any of it for me and even the owner proceeded to treat me like crap, by the way I was the customer who didn't do anything wrong; and I have never been treated so rudely for something I had no control over. Be careful this could happen in any of their restaurants, your items will be ruined, and you will be out at least a few hundred dollars.. What great customer service they rave about too. HA
