DOWNTOWN.   The warm, comfortable ambience of Flyte's modern dining room offers a perfect setting to sample tastes of cultures from around the world. The seasonally-changing menu features dishes like pan-roasted quail, caramel apple salad, ahi tuna, and Rabbit Pot Pie Deconstructed. You can also order a Soup Flyte or a Salad Flyte and try all the soups or salads in small amounts. The idea of "flytes" carries over to the wine list, which features wines from around the world, all available by the glass.
