4. Saffire Restaurant and Bar

FRANKLIN.   Though it's outside the heart of Nashville in Franklin, Saffire is worth the trip. The historic "Factory at Franklin" provides a perfect setting for the casual lunches and elaborate dinners served at this Southern restaurant. An extensive wine list and live jazz music complement the cuisine, which includes Saffire Paella, Bayou Mac, and hickory grilled filet mignon.
