FRANKLIN.   British Tailors' craftsmanship is so fine that the alterations they complete are usually better than the original garment's construction. Owner Sam Mirchandani takes great pride in his tailoring and in his shop, and it shows. Custom-made suits and shirts, original dress designs, expert alterations (overnight, if necessary), luggage repair, and other tailoring needs are easily accommodated.   (© 10Best)
