Named one of the best in the world, Paradise Island's Cabbage Beach hosts several of the big hotels. Public access is on Casino Drive. The beach itself is a beautiful, wide stretch of white sand spanning about two miles of coastline. There are several places to rent watersports equipment, from jet skis to floats. Not surprisingly, it tends to be crowded and busy, more so at the western end.

Lots of Peddlers
The water and beach area was wonderful! There are lots of locals peddling their wares. It is a continual thing. It was a little disruptive and at times you can barely have a conversation. Loved the atmosphere, however and would love to return!!

The beach was beautiful!! Don't buy the $10 drink deal. The rum is watered down, and the guys disappear early afternoon. There is a little beach bar with good drinks within walking distance. Ask for Bobby. Ask him for the 'kitchen sink', but don't drink too many!!! Be warned!!! Also, from the bar you can follow the path up the hill to an outdoor restaurant/bar. Food was yummy! You will be offered chairs for $10. We were able to talk them down to $5.
