8. Seahorse Sailing Adventures

poor snorkeling, crew not attentive
I went on the snorkeling tour out of Nassau. The reef was perhaps the most devoid of life I have ever seen. Very few fish and no colors to the reef. It was a dead patch of ocean. The crew said we would snorkel for one hour. They started the clock after the first snorkeler hit the water. Then it took about 15 minutes to get everyone in the water one at time off a narrow bow ladder. The crew was friendly but did not maintain close supervision of snorkelers. An elderly man became distressed and drifted away. They never would have noticed if not for one guest seeing the man far away signaling distress. The crew response was slow and a local fishermen had to go pick the guy up. I was hugely disappointed and do not recommend this trip.

Went on a group activity on the Catamaran was such a fun trip - snorkeling was amazing
