Among a handful of absolutely top-notch restaurants in the Bahamas, Sun and... has been wowing patrons since 1956. In the early days, the clientele was a never-ending procession of the rich and famous, a trend that continues to this day (although the present owners make a point of keeping their roster of past guests confidential). The restaurant has several dining areas, including outdoor spaces and an air-conditioned indoor lounge. All ingredients are finest quality: certified Angus Beef, fresh locally caught seafood and locally grown herbs, the best local and imported vegetables. Lobster bisque, seared foie-gras, grilled conch, braised duckling with honey-raspberry sauce, and seared venison are just a few of many outstanding options. Friendly staff and excellent food. Plus the ambiance is lovely with the stone bottom pool as you enter the restaurant area.
