7. Ristorante Villaggio

Nassau has several fine Italian restaurants from which to choose, but this is one of the loveliest, with two covered terraces, cherry wood floors, a display kitchen, and an eclectic collection of multicolored glass bottles along one wall. The menu changes with the seasons, but might include a velvety golden pumpkin soup with shrimp and roasted sunflower seeds, seared yellowfin tuna topped with foie gras and a port wine glaze, or veal pan-fried in lemon-brioche crumbs served with sage brown butter. Arrive before your reservation time to enjoy a drink or two in the lounge upstairs, a trendy spot with an open balcony and live piano music.   (© 10Best)

Great food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, friendly, unpretentious and consistant. My personal favorite in Nassau.
