Atlantis' trendy Italian dining room has a particularly elegant atmosphere with classy murals on the ceilings and white linen on the tables. A good variety of appetizers includes caponata, unusual little fried rice balls stuffed with meat and cheese, and a zingy-sweet sliced orange salad with shaved coconut, almonds, micro greens and Marsala. Among the traditional main dishes are a tender veal chop Milanese, rack of lamb Melenzane, and grilled swordfish with orange gremolata. Pastas are excellent – try the Misto di Mare (seafood in a piquant tomato sauce over linguine), or chicken and porcini mushrooms with prosciutto in cream sauce on perfectly al dente fettuccine.   (© 10Best)
