6. Seaworld Explorer

The Explorer my wife and I rode on 4/22/05 was full with all seats occupied. As we were the last two to board, I wound up with a window that had been painted over (Port side forward, second window aft). What is the sense in seating a passenger on a sightseeing tour at a painted over window? Either fix the window, or remove the seat.
