STATE STREET.   Blue Pearl certainly isn't your typical college town dining experience. No, this downtowner pushes the envelope when it comes to style, starting with its mod design and attitude. The white, monochromatic lounge areas are furnished with deep, comfortable leather chairs, encouraging the well-heeled clientele to nestle in and get comfortable with their cocktails.
