WOOSTER SQUARE.   The Frank Pepe name is synonymous with pizza around these parts, and this eatery is adjacent to the original Pepe's on Wooster Street, a mecca of Italian restaurants. This one, which has been a favorite in New Haven since 1925, features the same great pizza but with less of a wait.
