Spearheaded by chef Timothy Grill, the kitchen creates luxurious meals rich in appeal and perfectly balanced in flavor. Sunday's buffet brunch is a wonderful treat, thanks to smoked salmon, carved meats, salads, an omelet station, fresh fish, French toast, pastries, fruits, side dishes, caviar, and mimosas.
