23. Southern Candymakers

Really the best pralines in the city, and they'll give you a fresh hot sample and encourage you to go try all the other pralines in town because they know you'll be back. But they're not just pralines--they also have handmade caramel turtles and tons of original chocolatey things they've created that are wonderful and addicting. The counter staff is super-nice, too. Everyone seems like they're having a gret time at work, which makes it a fun place to frequent, I mean, to visit.
