22. Pascals Manale

Pascals Manale is the home of the BBQ shrimp, which isn't BBQ sauce, but more of a butter base sauce with plenty of spice and flavor. Located Uptown in the Garden district area, is one of the classic New Orleans establishments with an interesting story, and lots of memorabilia to boot. It has the bistro restaurant feel, and worth trying if your Uptown.
