Located across Lake Pontchartrain, it's affiliated with a country inn and features a Provencal atmosphere. The chef savors seclusion from New Orleans, and La Provence's idyllic spot only enhances its inherent charm. Meals frequently commence with a series of pâtés and languish well into the evening.
