UPTOWN.   Housed in a charming dark wood cottage, this casual dining room serves innovative fare that draws inspiration from Creole cuisine. Intriguing main courses include Mississippi quail with Marsala apple cider sauce, smoked mushroom bread pudding and mustard greens. Dick and Jenny's is one of the hidden treasures of New Orleans - I lived in the city for four years and tried to eat at as many places as possible, only a select few rivaled this one.
