4. Cafe Giovanni

I have hosted numerous dinner parties at Cafe Giovanni. I have never had better service at any restaurant in the French Quarter, and the food is outstanding. Their "tasting menu" is the absolute best for both the food and presentation, as well as the wine pairings. The Seafood Martini appetizer is one of my favorites. Top it all off with the opera singing waitors, and I promise you will have one of the best dining experiences ever.
