2. Acme Oyster House

Really good New Orleans trio!
This place has the best Red Beans and rice dish that I've ever tried. It's one of those places that you have to go in not expecting world class service like so many of the restaurants in the Quarter. It's simple and basic right down to the plastic red & white checked plastic table cloths. They are always busy, but try to sit in the front dining room is possible. Comparitively speaking the prices are far more managable then most places near by and it's just a stone's throw from Bourbon Street.

Less than average food geared towards tourists and way over priced. They are so busy that you always get crappy service.
