FRENCH QUARTER.   With an all-day happy hour that runs until 8pm, Club Decatur is a popular spot. Although the ambiance is simple – typical bar decor – locals come here for the drinks. Low budget favorites include $2 drafts and $1.50 well drinks. The bar also stocks 200 types of bottled beer and the prices are affordable. Club Decatur is probably the best local spot in the French Quarter. Cheap drinks, great beer selection, and plenty of hot male bartenders.
