 EDITOR REVIEW: MARIGNY. An intimate bar, with wood paneling and open beams, and a two-level listening room with 25-foot ceilings flank this upscale restaurant and jazz club. Stellar area musicians, playing contemporary jazz, dominate the stage. The kitchen offers steaks, chicken, sandwiches and fresh seafood, served in a separate dining room. Children are welcome, but guests are asked to remain quiet during performances.
