49. Roycebrook Golf Club – East & West

When the wind blows, this long, links-style course can be a beast! With steep-faced, cavernous bunkers and brutal rough, you don't want to stray too far off of the West Course's fairways. Even though alternate routes are available, most holes allow for aggressive play with long carries over multiple hazards. Around these greens are closely mowed collection areas that will challenge the best of short games. NB While the West Course is private, the East is open to the public.   (© 10Best)
