44. Plainfield Country Club

Built in 1920, this is one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. Large, mature trees line these narrow fairways, and with average speed and delicate slopes, reading these greens is no easy task. Designed by Donald Ross, this traditional course is a must see.   (© 10Best)
