2. Astroland

BROOKLYN.   New York's oldest amusement park is a treasure trove of old-fashioned rides and attractions, including the Cyclone rollercoaster from 1927. There are lots of children's rides to keep little ones entertained, too. Astroland is open daily until September 3, 2007, when it will close permanently.   (© 10Best)
