The Buzz -- What better way to ring in the New Year than by swimming in water that makes your body feel as if it's being stabbed by thousands of needles? The Polar Bear Club takes to the surf during winter, when the January temperatures in the Atlantic are in the low 30s. If you think you can brave the frigid waters, anyone is welcome to come down and join the fun. If not, you can always go and watch some truly brave (or crazy) people make the icy effort. |
