MIDTOWN EAST.   This festive Mexican joint, situated between 50th and 51st Streets, serves one of Midtown's best margaritas. The never-ending party in the bar area tends to get loud and rowdy at times, so this isn't the type of place you'd want to choose for quiet conversation.
