GRAMERCY.   Murray Hill's Court hotel has built a reputation of late as being one of the hippest places to hang out in the East 30s. Indeed, between Icon and the Wet Bar, this is where the beautiful people tend to congregate. The bar's eclectic interior includes everything from leather sofas, cozy little alcoves and even a fire-side sitting area.
