BROOKLYN.   Located in Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood, this caffeinated tandem keeps the locals well supplied with everything from Moroccan mint and vanilla chai teas to Turkish roast coffee and hot chocolate – all of it organic grown and processed and packaged under environmentally-friendly circumstances. On weekends, it's not uncommon for couch space to be at a premium, especially if there's live music. And don't worry: The scene's as laid-back as they come, and nobody will stare if you forget to stick out your pinky while you sip.
