BROOKLYN.   From the clientele to the imaginative fare, everything is just "superfine" at this DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) nightspot. As far as kitsch goes, the space looks like it was decorated using odds and ends picked up at yard sales, and its laid-back vibe makes it an attractive gathering place for locals. Hmm.
