MIDTOWN EAST.
Manchester Pub offers New Yorkers the chance to experience an authentic English-style pub in all its glory. The neighborhood folks and even a few diplomats from the United Nations enjoy the pub's laid-back atmosphere and the fact that, here, Boddington's flows freely. If you are looking for a place to catch football – UK-style of course – or to just toss back a few Boddington's, then this Midtown East pub should be high on your list. Love love love
Great place to go if youw anna feel liek you're in your won living room.
Feel free to show up in your pjs, no one cares, eveyone is just there to have a chill time.
If you ;re hungry, the food is a+ and everyone is always really friendly and attentive. The bartenders know how to pour a real guiness which is hard to find in midtown.
As for you 2 reviwers who didn't enjoy, it's a shame because they people that work here will bend over backwards to keep the customers happy... but i guess if you're picky and pretentious you're better off goign somewhere else, this is not the place for you.

Manchester pub was bar none the worst restaurant experience of my life. The servers were extremely inattentive and rude. One would expect that since it was a slow night, only 5 other patrons were in the pub, that the service would have been great but instead the 2 servers cared more about taking shots, car bombs and ordering pizza right in front of their customers. Furthermore, they allowed their drunk friend, who they were probably were getting drunk for free, to harass a very polite family after they asked for another round of drink. I can say anything descent about staff to allow that kind of disrespect and rudeness. If I was the owner I would be completely appalled and embarrassed about the behavior that was displayed from my own employees and regulars; I would not want my name to be associated with the establisment after that. I could go on all day but to sum it up: DON'T GO THERE!

Manchester Pub has the worst service I have ever experienced in any bar or restaurant in all the boroughs of Manhattan. The bartenders care more about doing free shots with their friends than waiting on anyone and they are not tolerant of any other culture besides their own. They ordered food from another restaurant right behind the bar (which gives you an idea of what the food they serve tastes like) and allow their friends to treat the other patrons with utter disrespect. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless I wished them to have a terrible experience.
