Thanks to this European-style eatery, such unforgettable fare is a mere walk (at most, a train ride) away. Indeed, with Wallsé, owner-chef Kurt Gutenbrunner sought to found a comfortable gathering place for people who live in the neighborhood as well as a destination for those with discerning, even adventurous, palates.
