They created a sleek, sexy space by incorporating both Asian and elemental aesthetics, and their efforts have met with rave reviews. The Sapa experience isn't focused only on style, though. The food, which blends ingredients of France and Vietnam, is nothing short of extraordinary. Mains run from soy ginger-steamed fish to horseradish-crusted salmon.
