We're back to Lombardi's
Our party of four from San Diego was there in May '09 and absolutely loved everything about it. I'm Italian...and picky about my pizza. Lombardi's is FANTASTIC. We are headed back to NYC this week. First stop....LOMBARDI'S.

I would move next door if I had a job

Coming back for seconds
I ate here aprox 5 years ago. I was not much of a pizza girl, however this pizza crust and experience the best I have had. Now It is the one must have restaurant on my return trip to NY.

The service was fast, they got us in and out as quickly as possible, however the staff couldn't say two words to you. The Pizza was ok, the Crust was great, but the toppings were just thrown on there. It's as if they were in such a hurry to shuttle as many people through the doors as possible they didn't care about making the Pizza. 25% of the pizza was just sauce, no cheese what so ever. The pepperoni was all clumped together like some one threw a handful on top, tossed it in the oven and moved on. I would have been embarrassed to send that pizza out. You just got the impression, they didn't care, about anything really. We tried to send it back, but never saw the waitress again. We went a long way to eat that pizza... thanks for the let down.

My daughter and I ate at lombardi's on thursday november 13th 2008 and were extremely satisfied.We live in tampa and unfortunately dont have pizza like that back home.what a treat.If you ever want the real deal trust me,that was it.A perfect ten! period.
