HELL'S KITCHEN.   Situated on the corner of Ninth Avenue, Esca is a relative newcomer on the Theater District's restaurant scene. The Brothers Bastianich have created a lovely little Southern Italian seafood haven that is popular with both business people and the theater crowd.
