CHELSEA. When Daniel Emerman and Alessandro Prosperi opened this, their second Tuscan eatery, here in Chelsea, they did so to much acclaim. Inside, you'll find a contemporary, upscale dining area without pretensions – one that features a sleek design and attracts everybody from hip young things to older business-types. Featured entrées include scrumptious Carpaccio of Beef covered with shaved Parmigiano, tangy Tuna Tartar served with ginger and watercress salad, and delicious Penne "Speck" with tomato, shallots and smoked prosciutto. Reservations are strongly recommended.
